Ok Chang-Min (he/him) is a photographer based in Seoul.

Before starting his career as a photographer, he spent over a decade researching and developing optical systems for the defense industry.

He is influenced by Han (恨) — a concept in Korean aesthetics that finds beauty in the sublimation of contradictions. His photos explore moments when everyday elements come together naturally and take on a deeper meaning. He seeks to convey beauty in the overlooked ordinary.

For him, beauty is a sense of luxury that is entirely suited to the present.
